we use expo's push notification service to deliver notifications. your push token is shared with expo solely for this purpose. you can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

these terms of service (terms) govern your use of the tooface application operated by punk it ltd. by creating an account or using tooface, you agree to these terms.
you must be at least 13 years old to use tooface. by creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older. if you are between 13 and 17, you should have parental or guardian consent.
we reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 13.
you are responsible for:

we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.
by sending a blurt through tooface you confirm that:
you retain ownership of the voice content you record. by using tooface, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and deliver your blurts solely for the purpose of operating the service.
when using the mystery sender feature:
by granting notification permissions, you consent to receiving push notifications from tooface including custom alert sounds and audio previews of incoming blurts. you can withdraw this consent at any time in your device settings.
the tooface name, logo, branding, design, and software are owned by punk it ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
tooface provides in-app tools to block users and report abusive content. we investigate all reports and take appropriate action. if you experience harassment or abuse, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting hello@tooface.app.
tooface is provided as-is and as-available. we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the app. we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
to the maximum extent permitted by law, punk it ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of tooface. our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100 if you have not paid us anything).
you may delete your account at any time through the app settings. we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
on termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. some data may be retained where required by law.
these terms are governed by the laws of england and wales. any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of england and wales.
we may update these terms from time to time. we will notify you of material changes via the app or email. continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
